Production and Operations Management
, based on universal practice training material by many international experts in the field.  The courses study in detail quantitative methods in production and operations management, demand forecasting methods and aggregate planning and master scheduling, capacity management techniques, material requirements planning, just-in-time inventory, production activity and production cost control, as well as inventory management and stores management techniques.
A handbook is used as part of the composite courses material, together with course work manuals.

Facilities Management, based on facility and utility plant engineering training manuals by many international experts in the field.  The courses study in detail facilities design and modification, layout planning methods and space utilisation, special facility areas, safeguarding the facility, pollution and liquid waste control, material handling methods, and facilities maintenance.
A handbook is used as part of the composite courses material, together with course work manuals.

Integrated Asset Management, based on practices in two of the Academy's published books by Dr Rudolph Frederick Stapelberg: 'Integrated Asset Management - Volume 1: Strategic Planning', and 'Volume 2: Tactical and Operational Planning'. These training manuals include strategic planning and decision-making (policies and procedures), tactical (models and analysis) planning and decision-making, and operational (usage and performance) planning and decision-making in physical assets investment, acquisition, installation, construction, application, maintenance, rehabilitation, replacement, and disposal.
These books are used as part of the composite courses material, together with course work manuals.

Engineering Management, based on a wide range of practical experience and training material by international experts in the field.  The courses study in detail configuration management and equipment procurement, engineering design project management and industrial plant commissioning, engineering project and construction risk management, engineering project risk management and loss control, and engineering risk management and safety standard and legislative requirements.

Integrity of Engineering Design, based on the internationally published university book by Dr Rudolph Frederick Stapelberg: 'Handbook of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety in Engineering Design' (ISBN: 978-1-84800-174-9 Springer, London www.springer.com). The courses encompass engineering design methods and techniques, as well as the concept of integrity in engineering design represented by topics such as reliability and performance, availability and maintainability, and safety and risk, applied during the different phases of the engineering design process, specifically conceptual, preliminary, and detail design.
This book is used as part of the composite courses material, together with course work manuals.

Integrity of Industrial Processes, based on the internationally distributed training manual by Dr Rudolph Frederick Stapelberg: 'Handbook of Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety in Engineering Practice'.  The courses study in detail the application of engineering reliability, availability, maintainability and safety (RAMS) practices for existing plant and equipment, including engineering reliability, systems engineering, failure analysis, plant availability, loss control, plant maintainability, and plant safety.
This manual is used as part of the composite courses material, together with course work manuals.

Optimum Maintenance Practice, based on the Academy's published training manuals by Dr Rudolph Frederick Stapelberg: 'Maintenance Improvement Strategies Through the Application of the RAMS Philosophy', that include specific topics such as maintenance strategy, condition-based maintenance, reliability-centred maintenance, contract maintenance, industrial spares management, maintenance costing and zero-base budgeting, maintenance audits, and maintenance performance assessment.
These manuals are used as part of the composite courses material, together with course work manuals.
