PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF PHYSICAL ASSETS MANAGEMENT:
From asset condition assessment to asset equipment usage life cycle integrity and asset whole-of-life costs, to determining asset risk and performance measures and implementing optimum equipment maintenance action.
This 2-day workshop is especially designed for asset management practitioners who need to fully understand how to assess the condition of their asset equipment (systems, sub-systems, assemblies and components); how to establish equipment usage life cycle integrity and plan for equipment whole-of-life costs; how to determine asset risk and performance measures; and how to implement and optimise maintenance actions. This workshop also includes the application of tactical and operational planning and decision-making in the functions of Integrated Asset Management, and considers current asset management specifications and standards.
